This is the result of eating plants instead of consuming animal products. When I went plant based, I instantly felt & saw a change in my body! For the first time I could eat as much as I wanted, my junk food cravings stopped, my diggestion was on point and I felt energized all day long! Plus I don’t even have to workout as hard as I used to anymore and my body keeps staying lean. I truly wished I would have made the change a long time ago. "My body is a garden, not a graveyard"????
